What happens when the previous value is zero?
Percentage change is undefined from a zero base; the tool reports ZERO_BASE.
Limits and privacy
The previous value cannot be zero. For a negative previous value, the percentage denominator is its absolute value. Magnitudes are limited to 1e15.
